Cody and Sarah’s story began on March 27, 2021, at Andrew Hoban’s basketball game, where Abby Hoban introduced them (props to both of them)… and one could say the rest is history.

One introduction turned into endless conversations, unforgettable memories, and a love neither of them could imagine life without.

From the very beginning, they were inseparable. They officially started dating on May 2, 2021, and quickly became each other’s favorite place to be. Whether it was traveling with family to Hawaiʻi, cheering from the stands at summer baseball games, exploring the outdoors, or simply finding joy in everyday moments, their love grew stronger with every adventure.

Sarah, now a Pediatric Emergency Department nurse at the University of Michigan, has always been drawn to Cody’s unwavering love for the people in his life, his authenticity, and his ability to make her laugh until she can’t breathe.

Cody, who is pursuing a career in accounting and will graduate from Davenport University in August 2026, fell for Sarah’s radiant smile, her driven heart, and the way she loves him and everyone around her, so deeply.

Together, they’ve traveled near and far - from Maui sunsets and Maine coastlines to Michigan weekends and late-night drives that became some of their favorite dates. They bond over sushi nights, long talks, family game nights, and dreaming about the life they’re building side by side.

What started as a simple introduction turned into a once-in-a-lifetime love. They met, they fell in love, and now they’re choosing forever. They are so excited to celebrate their wedding day with the people who mean the most to them and are endlessly grateful that you are part of their story.
